How to apply for MDAC
To fill out the Malaysia Arrival Card (MDAC), please visit the official website within 3 days before your arrival, complete your personal and travel information as prompted, and submit the application.
Filling steps:
1. Visit the official website: Go to the official website for the Malaysian Arrival Card (MDAC) application at MDAC Official Site (https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main).
2. Register an account: Click the "Register" button on the page, create an account, and fill in the relevant information, including name, passport number, email, etc.
3. Fill in personal information: Fill in the applicant's personal details as prompted, including name, date of birth, passport information, contact details, etc.
4. Fill in travel information: Provide detailed travel information, including dates of entry and departure from Malaysia, mode of transportation, accommodation addresses, etc. If traveling via a third country, accurately fill in the departure location.
5. Submit the application: After completing all the information, click the "Submit" button. Once successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing a PIN code.
6. Download and print: After submission, a PDF download link will appear at the bottom of the page. Click to download and print the MDAC confirmation letter. It is recommended to print two copies for backup.
