
What is TDAC?
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online form designed to replace the traditional paper arrival card, facilitating the entry process for travelers going to Thailand, regardless of whether they travel by land, air, or sea. The system aims to enhance security measures, streamline immigration procedures, and support public health management, ensuring a seamless experience for international visitors.
How to apply for TDAC
Filling steps:
1.When applying for a digital entry card, foreigners can visit the Immigration Bureau website: (https://tdac.immigration.go.th)
2.You can choose to submit or update your information as follows:

You can update the submitted information at any time before your trip.

Steps to Submit the Thailand Arrival Card
- Click the Arrival Card button.
- Enter your personal information, including passport details. You can also scan the MRZ or upload an MRZ image to automatically retrieve the data, then click 'Continue';
- Enter your travel and accommodation information, then click 'Continue';
- Enter the requirements from the Ministry of Public Health based on your health status. If you have visited any countries in the two weeks prior to arrival, which country you boarded from, your nationality, or your flight is listed by the Ministry of Interior, the public health system will prompt you to enter the necessary health information. Then click 'Preview';
- Review your information. If any details are incorrect, click the edit button to go back and correct the information.
- Enter your email address to receive the Thailand Digital Arrival Card.
- Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then click Submit.
- Download the Thailand Digital Arrival Card. You can also download or print a copy provided to your email address during your stay in Thailand.
Steps to update the Thailand immigration card
- Click the Update Arrival Card button.
- Enter the required information, including: TH number to arrival number, date of birth, nationality/citizenship.
- Click "Search."
- Confirm the corrected information and edit any details as needed.
- Review your information. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting the form. Use "Previous" to modify information or "Cancel" to exit without saving.
- Enter your email address to receive the Thai digital arrival card.
- Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then click Submit.
- Download the Thai digital arrival card, or you can also download or print a copy sent to the email address you provided during your stay in Thailand.
Application Instructions
- All passengers must fill out a Thai digital arrival card.
- If a foreigner stays in the Kingdom for more than 90 days, he/she must promptly notify the nearest immigration officer in writing of his/her residence after the 90-day period, and this must be done every 90 days.
- Foreigners are not allowed to work unless they have a work permit.
- Foreigners must submit arrival card information 3 days before arriving in Thailand.
- Completely free. Be sure to apply through the official website to avoid unnecessary service fees from third-party websites.
Key Reminder
- Accurate information: Key information such as name and passport number must be correct. If any errors are made, a new application must be submitted.
- Prepare materials: Although TDAC is electronic, immigration officers may still check your round-trip flight itinerary, hotel reservations, and sufficient cash/bank cards (to prove you have enough funds to cover expenses in Thailand) upon entry.
- Length of stay: Make sure your itinerary aligns with the duration allowed by your visa or visa exemption policy.
