This policy explains how the Pinweima website handles visitor information. We follow data minimisation: if we do not need it, we do not ask for it or store it.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Pinweima official website (pinweima.com and the static pages we operate under its subdomains). This is an informational product and brand website: there is no account system and no online transaction.
2. What we collect
- No personal information collected proactively: there is no sign-up, login, checkout, payment or data-submission form, and we never ask for your name, phone number, ID number, bank card number or verification code
- Server access logs: for security and troubleshooting the server records essential logs such as IP address, browser and device type, access time and requested URL. These logs are used only for security protection and statistical analysis — not to identify individuals and not for advertising
- Email correspondence: if you email our official mailbox, we see the address and content you provide, used only to reply to your enquiry
3. Cookies and local storage
- We use no third-party advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking scripts
- We store one theme preference (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never uploaded
- You can clear it at any time through your browser settings without affecting how the site works
4. How we use and share information
- Only for website security, service stability, content improvement and replying to your enquiries
- We do not sell or rent visitor information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising
- Where disclosure is required by law or regulation, we handle it carefully within the scope the law permits
5. Brand-side trend products
Brand-side products such as Taste Trend Insights output aggregated, de-identified statistics and structural information. They contain no personally identifiable data, and dimensions with fewer than 50 samples are not reported. Brand clients cannot obtain any personal identity information through these products.
6. Retention and security
- HTTPS encryption across the whole site, protecting data in transit
- Server logs are kept for the period needed for security purposes, then deleted or anonymised
- Official email correspondence is retained for a reasonable period for continuity and compliance
7. Your rights
To access, correct or delete information you have provided to us (for example by email), write to ai@pinweima.com and we will handle it within a reasonable period.
8. Minors
This site is aimed at enterprise clients and adult consumers. We do not provide services to minors and do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Updates
This policy may be updated as our features change; the latest version is always published on this page. We have no plans to introduce third-party advertising or tracking; should that ever change, we will describe the type and purpose of any third-party service here.
